As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Addictions Counselor , I specialize in helping individuals like you overcome the struggles that may feel overwhelming. My approach may include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and/or Dance/Movement Therapy to offer a holistic healing experience for your mind, body, and spirit.
